Refund policy

1:Overview

At HFAA, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains when you may request a return, exchange, or refund. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

2:Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product you receive is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, you may return it for inspection.
Once confirmed, we will offer one of the following options:

  • Repair of the product

  • Replacement with the same or similar product

  • Full refund

Under South African consumer law, defective products may be returned within six (6) months of purchase.

Change of Mind (Online Orders)

For online purchases, customers may cancel an order within 7 days after receiving the goods, provided:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is in original packaging

  • All accessories and documentation are included

Return shipping costs may apply.

3:Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:

  • Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery

  • Customised or special-order products

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

4:Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using the approved return method.

Returned items will be inspected before a refund or replacement is processed.

5:Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6:Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for another item, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7:Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The item was damaged during delivery
